Riccardo Delle Coste – CEO and Founder

In 2005, Riccardo invented the patented and patent pending technology used in Barfresh blended beverages and later founded Barfresh Food Group Inc. in 2012.

Riccardo created a unique system of controlled, pre-packaged, premeasured portions that deliver freshly made smoothies, shakes and frappes; all quick, cost efficient and better for you

As CEO, Riccardo leads the strategic direction of the company and all investor relations. Additionally, he directs new product development through full scale production. Prior to founding Barfresh, Riccardo owned a number of retail juice bars and also worked for several years in investment banking.

Lisa Roger – CFO

Lisa joined Barfresh as Chief Financial Officer in January 2022. Lisa has extensive public manufacturing company experience and has successfully managed all aspects of finance, most significantly business development and tax strategy, for numerous companies, including Fox Factory, that went from $200M to over $1 billion of annual revenues.

 Prior to joining Barfresh, Lisa served as Executive Vice President and Controller of FreshRealm and Vice President of Accounting and Tax for Fox Factory, a publicly held manufacturer. While at both companies Lisa implemented strategies that resulted in significant cost and tax savings and benefits. In addition, she integrated five acquisitions including tax planning, diligence, negotiation support, financing and post-transaction operational and accounting support.

 Lisa holds a BA, Economics and Business from University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson Graduate School of Management, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (inactive status).
